Classic Lanes has reopened!! We are open at 100% of our total overall occupancy, per new guidelines laid out by the Governor of the state of Texas. We appreciate your patience throughout this fluid situation. We have been anxious to get back to lanes as you all have.
We will be using every available lane during open play. Remember this is a fluid situation that may encounter further changes as we progress.
Any participants who choose to bowl, we ask you leave your equipment, (rental shoes, bowling balls, etc.), at the lanes, so that our staff can sanitize all equipment before use by the next guest. If we are at capacity when you or your party arrives you will be asked to give a name and a phone number for our staff to call you back when a lane is available. Lanes will be limited to 5 guests or less.
All special rates will be suspended for the time-being. The "Kids" Bowl Free event on Saturdays will also be suspended until a later date.
Wednesday nights we will offer a new unlimited bowling special for up to 2 hours for only $7 per person, (any and all ages), plus shoe rental.
We are offering the interactive sections (Arcade, Axe Throwing, and Billiards) of the center at this time, with the stipulations of guest(s) following social distancing and utilizing the provided sanitizing equipment while in the arcade and other areas.
We have installed multiple sanitation stations throughout the center and taken the appropriate precautions to ensure a safe and fun environment for our staff and guests. Tables are spaced at least 6 feet apart.
Please follow all the guidelines put forth by the Governor's office and we hope to see you very soon.
We are eager to see you all again,
Justin
For any of our Classic Lanes peeps planning their next visit, we know you all understandably have questions about our efforts surrounding the current coronavirus (COVID-19). We are closely monitoring and analyzing developments and statements daily from local, national, and international health agencies, and we are taking actions based on their scientific and fact-based recommendations and guidelines.
As always, the health and safety of our guests and staff remain our top priority. There is no issue more important to us than making sure we manage this health situation as effectively as possible so you continue to feel confident visiting Classic Lanes. As such, we want to make you aware of the enhanced cleaning and sanitizing actions we are taking at our establishment to ensure our guests and staff stay safe.
Employee reminders:
We are reminding employees through multiple channels about the importance of frequent hand-washing. We are talking to them about it in meetings, posting signage in key employee areas, and providing additional hand sanitizer in employee areas.
Guest reminders:
Hand-washing signage is located in public areas like bathrooms.
Hand sanitizer dispensers:
Additional liquid hand sanitizer stations have been installed throughout our properties in high-traffic areas. We have also attempted to increase our supply of hand sanitizer so it is available for our guests and staff for an extended time. This as you know is in short supply, so we have wipes as an alternative when the sanitizer has been depleted. The wipes have been infused with a sanitizing agent specifically for the Corona virus. (See the picture below of the solution).
Cleaning and disinfecting:
In addition to purchasing more cleaning and disinfecting supplies, Classic Lanes is increasing the number of times per day we clean high-touch surfaces throughout our properties, including the grille area, public restrooms, tables, games, bowling balls, and shoes.
Employee training:
To ensure proper cleaning and disinfecting, we have provided additional training for employees.
Entertainment:
The safety and well-being of our staff and guests is the No. 1 priority at Classic Lanes. At this time, we will continue to offer a top-notch entertainment experience for our guests. We encourage guests to check our website and social media platforms for any updates.
Travel cancellations:
We have suspended employee travel internationally and to areas that have been highly affected by COVID-19.
Staff illness:
Any employee with flu-like symptoms will be asked to go home and will be required to remain home until symptom-free.
Guest illness:
We are encouraging any guests who are ill to seek medical attention immediately and to avoid public exposure. We have established protocols to help guests get the medical attention they may need.
Birthday Party Cancellation policy:
We understand that many of you might have already made plans to visit in the next couple of weeks. If your plans have changed, please call (903) 885-5046, and a management representative will work with you to accommodate your needs.
What you can do:
We ask that our guests follow the precautionary measures outlined by medical authorities to help ensure everyone stays safe.
**These include:
Proper hand washing. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends washing hands with soap and water for 20 seconds before eating, after using the bathroom, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing, and before and after caring for a sick friend or family member.
Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
Avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
Staying home when you are sick.
Covering your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
Throughout this fluid situation, we will continue to monitor the recommendations and guidelines of health authorities and provide you with additional updates as needed. The health and safety of our guests and staff are always our focus. Thank you for your loyalty and trust of Classic Lanes Family Entertainment Center.
Welcome!
